Can I make a return at Longfield Gardens?

• Unlike clothing or electronic products, flower balls and plants are perishable. If these items are returned to them, they will not be able to resell them. Therefore, they usually do not accept returns.

How much does shipping cost?

• For orders below $50, they charge a flat rate of $11.50 per quarter. Orders totaling $50 or more per quarter are shipped free of charge. These freight are per order, per season. If you place multiple orders in the same season, the freight applies to each order. If your order includes items for two shipping seasons (autumn and spring), the freight applies to each season.

• If you place additional orders in the same quarter before they start shipping, please contact customer service department, and they will waive the shipping fee (if the total amount of your order exceeds $50).

• If you want to add and delete items from the order, they will cancel your existing order and enter a new order in its location. All order changes, including cancellations, must be completed before order processing and shipment.

• Depending on the time of year, the order may be processed within 5 days before the scheduled delivery week, or on the same day you place the order. Once the order is released and shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

How many flowers should I expect from each Amaryllis flower?

According to the type and size of bulbs, you will get 1, 2 or 3 stems, each with 4 to 6 flowers. All the stems may appear at the same time, or one at a time, so don't think the performance is over too soon.

How can I make Amaryllis flower last?

As with all flowers, Lycoris in full bloom should be kept cool and away from direct sunlight. Consider moving the jar to a cool place at night and then displaying it again during the day. If you like, you can cut off the stems and put the flowers in the vase - they have the same long life span.
