What if I want urgent shipping?
Any expedited order placed after 1pm (PST) on any weekday will be processed on the next business day. Any order placed after 1pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. If you place an order for overnight delivery on a Thursday night it will go out on Friday and the expected arrival date would be for Monday. You do not count the day you place the order or the day it ships as a transit day.Due to our current shipping restrictions, they can only ship within the United States.
What exactly is the return policy?
LuggageBase wants every customer to be 100% satisfied. To ensure your satisfaction, they offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on unused items. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the items you purchased, simply use the prepaid return label included with your order and ship it back to them. They will deduct a flat fee of $15 per package from your refund to help cover the return postage.
The returned goods must be in the same condition as the goods you received. There are no refunds for used products. Baggage Base reserves the right to reject products returned within 30 days from the original delivery date or items received while in use. If the order is rejected, diverted or not delivered for any reason, there is a non-refundable $20 per package fee.
