What if I received a wrong item?

• If their vendor sends the wrong item or its not like you expected, they will refund, no questions asked. 

• You will receive a free return label and your money will return to you, no questions or excuses. 

• Please note their staff takes weekends so no orders are processed on the weekends. 

• You have 7 days from when you receive the item to ask for a refund , otherwise you forfeit your right to do so.

What is the return policy for luxury items?

• Luxury Items +$800 in value are not refundable, every order of a +$800 product will be contacted by phone or email to verify all the info is 100% accurate and the product will require written approval from the buyer before it is processed. 

• You will receive a personal email with a photo of the item and all the shipping info and be asked to verify your order before it is processed, once you verify the order, it will be shipped to the address you verified, they will not accept a return if the item you ordered matches the item in the verification email. 

• They do this with items that are + $800 in value to protect their luxury inventory. 

• Please Keep this in mind when ordering luxury items as once they are shipped they loose their value.

How can I get my refund?

• Refunds can only be requested when they meet the following requirements

• The incorrect item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence is needed).

• The item is used, defective or in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed).

• The estimated delivery time of the order has expired.

• The shipment went missing.

What is the shipping policy?

• They have shipping options that range from 8-10 days to 2-3 days.

• If you order on the weekend , they will process your order on Monday because our staff has weekends off, they will email you to verify all orders, to minimize fraud ,and get any special instructions.

• Their shipping rates (domestic) also include Canada and UK , they also ship internationally with international shipping. They do not offer Free International shipping, except for US, UK and Canada.

• Items on Amazon will be processed using amazon's TOS and shipping rules.

• Items on LF take longer to ship and a tracking number will be provided. You will be contacted by phone to verify order before shipping.
