When will my purchase arrive?
Shipping times and services used vary by country and state of residence. Orders are usually delivered within 5-10 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that for FedEx and UPS packages to the US or Canada, up to 3 delivery attempts are allowed. If delivery fails after the 3rd attempt, your package will be at your local pickup location within 14 calendar days for UPS or 5 business days for FedEx. If the package is not picked up within the stated number of days, it will be returned to their warehouse and will be treated as an unauthorized return with a 15% restocking fee. If you want to reship your order, there will be an additional $30 shipping fee.
What is their return policy?
If your order is eligible for return and you decide to return it, you will receive a free refund. Before they can issue a refund, they also need 1 photo from you showing the entire item with the orange cable attached to make sure the item you are returning is the original item they sent. The orange safety label must be intact and still affixed when the product is returned. Products must not be worn, washed or altered in any way and must not show any additional signs of use. Returned products must be returned with all original labels, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, shoulder straps, etc.) that came with the order.
What is their shipping policy?
LXR ships to 48 contiguous American states. LXR also ships to Canada (excluding PO Boxes and the three northern territories: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut). To shop in Canada, visit ca.lxrco.com. For orders placed within the United States, sales tax will be added to purchases shipped to California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. For orders placed within Canada: Prices listed on the LXR do not include tax. Federal sales tax (GST) and related provincial sales tax (if applicable) will be added to your order at checkout.
