How to return?

• To return the product, please mail the product to: 4715 W.Lovers in Dallas Texas US 75209. 

• You will be responsible for paying your own return freight. 

• The freight is non-refundable. 

• If you receive a refund, the return freight will be deducted from your refund. 

• Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange product to reach you may vary. 

• If you want to ship an item that costs more than $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or buying transportation insurance.

Can I return a gift card? 

• If the item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. 

• After receiving the return, they will send you a gift certificate. 

• If the item is not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver sends the order to himself so that it can be given to you later, they will send a refund to the giver and they will find your return.
