What is Marleylilly Return Policy? 

• If thier returns department receives the merchandise within 14 days of delivery, an online gift card code or refund can be issued to the original form of payment. If thier returns department receives the merchandise within 15-30 days of delivery, an online gift code will be sent to the email address provided on your original order.

• Any orders placed between November 17th and December 25th are eligible for return in the form of store credit as long as the package is postmarked by January 15th. Please note thier 14-day credit card policy is still in effect through the holidays.

What is Marleylilly Exchange Policy?

• Because merchandise is available in limited quantities, they are unable to offer exchanges. They suggest placing a new order for any items you want and following thier return policy as outlined above.

• If an item is eligible for a return, it must be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags/boxes attached. 

• Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for a return.

• Shipping charges on orders are non-refundable. They are also unable to issue refunds for return shipping charges. You can send your package back to Marleylilly using the trackable shipping method of your choice. 

• If for any reason the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements, they have the right to deny the return.

• Please note that if an order is returned without an RMA number, you will only be eligible to receive an online gift card code for your purchase.

• Refunds must be issued to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, refunds will be issued in the form of a online gift code.

What is Marleylilly Free Gift Policy?

If your order qualified for a free gift with purchase and the item(s) returned result in your order subtotal falling below the qualifying amount, the free gift must be returned. If you choose to keep the free gift, the retail value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

I want to place a bulk order, do you offer discounts?

Can I make a change to my order?

If you find an error on your order confirmation, please Contact Marleylilly immediately! Please note once your order has been placed, they are sometimes limited on the changes Marleylilly can make.

Does Marleylilly offer free stickers?

Sorry! They are unable to offer free stickers at this time! They do have sticker sets which are available for purchase here. They do not accept self addressed envelopes and are unable to send out stickers free of charge.
