Why is there a service fee?

While your ticket price matches what you see on stage, the service fee covers the various operating costs involved in selling tickets. They work with many different clients who show up at their venue. Each has its own specific requirements, including how the venue is set up and how tickets are sold. Unlike ticket prices, service fees also fluctuate based on the requirements of the event.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. When booking a show, you now have the option to add refund protection to your tickets through the third-party provider Booking Protect. When booking tickets, add Booking Protect to your shopping basket with a single click. If you have not purchased Booking Protect, no refunds will be provided unless the show is cancelled. Your tickets will be issued after the final instalment has been paid. Partially paid orders will not be refunded.

What are the conditions for buying tickets?

Tickets can only be picked up by the cardholder used to purchase the ticket. Certain events may allow third party pickup, which must be arranged in advance by the ticket purchaser by contacting the ticketing service. Currently, tickets are only available via home print/mobile delivery. They'll email you the ticket, which you can then print out in advance or display on your phone when you arrive at the venue. If the event is not sold out, tickets will be purchased at the box office.

Do they offer gift certificates?

Their gift certificates can be used to purchase tickets to any Massey Hall or Roy Thomson Hall event, or to purchase Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall memberships. Gift certificates can only be redeemed for subscriptions or paid as part of a subscription through the Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall offices.
