What is their return policy?

• Products that are not satisfied and meet the return conditions can be returned within 7 days after receiving the refund, or equivalent exchange through our exchange policy. Mintproducts will not refund the returned unqualified products, including gold bars (gold, silver, platinum), advance orders, special orders, open proof sets and unopened mint sets, or products that have been tampered with, cleaned or graded by third-party grading services after delivery. Unqualified products cannot be returned and are only subject to their exchange policy.

• For qualified non gold products returned to them in the "sold" status, the refund will be processed within 72 working hours after receiving the returned products.
