What is their refund policy?

• They support their products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at any time, you only need to return it within 30 days after the purchase date, and they will refund your original purchase price in full. That's all right. The return freight is not refundable, and the customer is responsible for it.

• Note: this policy does not cover event delivery. All activity passes are non refundable.

When will my order be shipped?

• Please ship within 7 to 10 weeks from the date of order. Standard shipment is USPS.

• Their estimated delivery date is based on a number of factors, including your destination address, how quickly they can obtain and assemble the items to be shipped (the "usually shipped" time listed on the product details page), and whether you require them to minimize the number of shipments when they are shipped or the items to be shipped are available.

• They calculate the estimated delivery date based on the transportation speed you choose, plus the time it takes for the package to arrive at your destination address from their facility. Orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item may take longer to assemble before they can be shipped to you.

What payment methods do they accept?

• Mother Earth News Shopping accepts American Express card, discovery card, MasterCard or visa credit card. All orders must be prepaid. If you use a credit card to pay, please enter a number without spaces or dashes.

• At present, gift certificates are not accepted online. They currently do not accept international wire transfers or smart cards. In addition, they cannot accept the manufacturer's coupons, food stamps or any other payment method not listed above to purchase groceries.

How and when is the refund handled?

• Once they receive and process the returned goods, they will notify you of the refund by email. In most cases, they will refund the same form of payment that they originally used for the purchase within two weeks after receiving your tax return.

• You can view the completed returns and refunds at the bottom of the order summary page in your account. If the tax return and refund do not appear in your account within four weeks from the date you send them the tax return, please contact them via email for further assistance.
