How much is international shipping?

Once you enter the check-out process, Global-e will calculate and display the order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs. This total may also include any applicable duties and taxes imposed by Customs and revenue authorities in the destination country.

What is return policy?

To start a return visit returns.motherhood.com. Your satisfaction is important to them. They are happy to accept returns postmarked within 30 days of the date of delivery via mail with an original receipt or packing slip for a full refund in the original form of payment, excluding shipping charges, and postmarked within 30 days of the date of delivery. Exchanges cannot be processed. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because their orders process very quickly once submitted, they are unable to change your address or shipping method or modify an order that you have already placed. 

What is the typical response time for emails?

Emails are responded to within 24-48 hours. Please include your name, phone number and order number in the email message to avoid delays in response.

How can I purchase a gift card?

Their Electronic or E-Gift Cards can be purchased online by going here. E-Gift Cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. E-Gift Cards have no additional processing fees. Gift Cards are not able to be refunded or cancelled after purchase. E-Gift Cards can take up to 24 hours to be processed and sent to the purchaser via e-mail. The purchasing customer may then send the e-gift card to recipient of their choice.
