Can I get Free shipping from Mott & Bow?
Yes.
- Mott & Bow provides quick and free domestic shipping on orders over $150. Domestic ground shipping is $7 for orders under $150. Orders take between 3-7 business days to reach your door.
- If you choose 2 day shipping or next day air, orders placed by 1:00 pm EST on a business day will most likely ship that same day, however, it is not guaranteed.
- They offer free standard DHL shipping on International orders over $50. Orders will arrive at your door in 2-10 business days. Mott & Bow, Inc. will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with the destination country. The buyer is accountable for any and all fees, taxes, duties collected by the destination country.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified/canceled for up to thirty minutes after they are placed; however, it's not guaranteed outside business hours Mon-Fri (9 am - 6 pm EST). Email them as soon as possible to request any changes. They advise that you do not place another order until you’ve received a confirmation from them.
