What should I do if I receive damaged items?

Don't forget, pictures of damaged items are always required, as well as indicating on the apparel with tape where flaws occur in the product. Can I make exchanges at Needen US?

To exchange a product, you'll need to first contact their customer service representatives in order to obtain a return authorization code. Items are returned at your cost. Once they receive the returned item, a customer service representative will issue you a coupon code for the exchanged item. You will be responsible for shipping the exchange to your location.
