What can I learn about the products?
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to their Return Policy.
They have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of their products that appear at the store. They cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
What is the refund policy?
They will process your request within 24-48 business hours of receipt of your return.
Please note: Shipping costs incurred from your original order are only refunded when the store credit option is selected. If you are returning a limited time design that is no longer active on their website upon the date of return, you will not be able to order that exact item even if store credit is applied upon return.

What does made to order mean?
Nine Line Apparel is a made to order company, meaning that the item(s) are not produced until after your order is placed. They work on a schedule of 3 to 5 business days per production cycle, therefore, they ask for up to 3 to 5 business days before your order ships out to you. During this time your order status will show as “Awaiting Fulfillment”.
Once your order is ready to ship the status will change to “Shipped” and you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Limited Time Designs will ship on the date provided upon original purchase.
Do you offer gift cards?
You can purchase a Gift Certificate anytime on their website right here! The online gift certificate code will be sent to the email address that you provide as the “Recipient” immediately upon purchase. Please note that gift certificates are electronic codes. There will be no physical gift card provided.
