Yes. They offer Standard 5-7 day ground shipping via USPS or UPS within the United States under most circumstances (Free shipping not available for final sale products).
If expedited shipping options are available, they will be displayed at checkout.
Do I need to pay for the return shipping fees?
Due to recent USPS rate increases. returned products will be subject to a $5.95 return shipping fee.
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your product to return an item. Return shipping fee is waived for exchanges.
Items returned (but not exchanged for a different size, color or product) will be charged a $5.95 return shipping fee.
When you use their return process, you will be provided with a pre-paid return label that can be printed at home, and the $5.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
What are the conditions for returns?
The product must be unworn and in original condition.
They suggest trying on your slippers and walking around on a carpeted area or rug to keep them clean.
All returns and refunds are subject to inspection to determine if they are in original condition and are correct.
If returned items are not received in original, re-sellable condition, an additional $30 restocking fee (for a total of $35.95) will be deducted from your refund amount.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
