What is their return policy?

Unopened products with receipts can be returned within 14 days of purchase for spa credit or exchange for other products. Products without an accompanying receipt or opened/used products cannot be returned. All sales on gift cards are final.

What is the reservation and cancellation policy?

It is recommended to book their services in advance. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, they require 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled, changed or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will be billed at 100% of each service. They recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes before your appointment time. As a courtesy to other guests who are already scheduled and after your appointment, late guests may only receive the remaining available appointment time. You are responsible and will be charged the full service fee.

What is an Intensive Massage at Oasis Day Spa?

Oasis will provide you with a luxurious 90-minute massage to ensure your steps are rejuvenated. This special event includes a 30-minute targeted foot massage and a 60-minute full body deep tissue work to resolve stubborn knots.

What are spa etiquette?

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your appointment time. If you are late, they will do their best to provide you with full service, but you will need to pay the full service fee. Oasis is not responsible for lost or stolen property. Tipping is only accepted in cash. If you are satisfied with your service, you will usually tip 15-20% of the full menu price to your therapist.

Does Oasis Day Spa support gift cards?

Spa Gift Cards are a great way to give the gift of health, wellness, relaxation and beauty to someone special in your life. Gift cards can be purchased at the front desk or online. Gift cards can only be used at New York City and Westchester Spas, not at online spa boutiques. Gift cards are considered cash and all lost or stolen gift cards are non-replaceable. The cash value of their gift cards never expires. All sales are final.
