What if I not satisfied with my order?

Their 30-day return policy only applies to items purchased directly from OptiShot Golf, not shipping. Your request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Once approved, instructions on how to return the item and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be emailed to the email address you provided. Note that this process may take 3-5 days. The risk of loss or damage to any returned item will be yours until the returned item is in their custody and control at their premises. You must ensure that each returned item includes a printed copy of the Returns Department's RMA email.

How are duties and taxes calculated for international orders?

Import duties, taxes and brokerage charges are not included in shipping and will be charged based on value upon delivery from the carrier. They recommend international shipping via USPS as the brokerage fee is much lower than FedEx. You can check with your country's customs to determine what these additional charges are.

What conditions must be met for returned products?

An emailed print copy with your return instructions and RMA number is included in the box. The returned item is in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. In order to receive a full refund for your returned item, the item must be returned to their fulfillment center in like-new condition and must include all original packaging and accessories. "As New" means that the items you order and return must not show any visual signs of wear and tear. Returned items that show signs of visual wear, or due to minor issues with usage, will be eligible for return subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items that are damaged, broken or show obvious signs of wear and tear will not be returned.
