• Regular, Oriental decoration. Com will promote or sell specific products. This is usually a promotion. When customers buy the second item in the same product category, they are entitled to 50% of the website price. The "second item" in all such quotations refers to the item with the lowest price, including all item options. The offer does not include customized items and items listed in the "unique" special offer category.

• They also provide website coupons and discount codes from time to time. In all cases, these discount codes are only valid separately from any other discounts or specials and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or sales.

• Free delivery service: they occasionally provide free delivery service for selected product categories.

What is their return policy?

• Oriental decoration. Com will accept retail returns within 30 days after you receive the goods, except for the following:

• Shoji screens, Chinese and Japanese silk paintings, statues of Buddha, Japanese lamps, Chinese lamps, vases, boxes and boxes, geisha dolls, service trays, tatami mats, bamboo carpets and Asian style furniture have a 14 day return time.

• The return time of bedding is 14 days, but it can be returned or exchanged only when the package is not opened.

• Live trees, artificial trees and silk lanterns have a 7-day return policy.

• The freight will not be refunded. You must pay postage to return the goods.

• If you receive items damaged during transportation, they will lodge a claim with the shipper, who will replace the items free of charge.
