What is their return policy?

• Except for shoes purchased at full price, all sales are the final result, but they are allowed to return and exchange goods. The return will be cashed within 21 days after receiving the product.

• They do provide a refund for their shoes. If they buy them at full price, the shoes must be unused and in the same state as the shoes they send (New).

• Your return application must be submitted within 21 days after receiving the order, otherwise they cannot provide you with store points. They suggest that you check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

• After returning, Oro will only issue store points or exchange. The store letter of credit will be issued for the amount paid, excluding freight, and no refund will be accepted (only for shoes purchased in full)

• The returned products must be undamaged, unwashed, and in the same state as the products they send

• The goods sold do not meet the refund conditions. Sales of goods include any order purchased at a discount, including goods purchased using promotion codes or coupon codes. All orders with any code applied will be considered as final sales.

What is their return policy?

• Their goal is to process and ship within 2-4 working days after receiving the order (depending on whether the project has inventory).

• If the order is placed on Friday, it will be shipped before the next Monday (depending on whether the project has inventory).

• International returns arising from the refusal to pay duties and taxes will only be sent to the store credit card (excluding freight), and no refund will be allowed for the refusal of international packages.
