How should i wash my items?
All items will come with care tags inside, however they always advise washing on cool and air drying to keep your items perfect as long as possible.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Although they aim to get orders out as soon as possible, due to the handmade nature of their garments, it may take up to 3-5 working days for your order to be dispatched.
If 7 working days have passed and your order has not been dispatched, please contact them via email [email protected] and they will get back to you within 24 hours.
I need to cancel my order, what do I do ?
If your order has not yet been dispatched they are able to cancel your order. Please contact [email protected] and one of their team can help you!
How much the Import fees / taxes ?
All of their pieces are hand made in Bali, please note for orders placed within the UK and Europe, these may now be subject to import fees and taxes. Unfortunately they cannot take responsibility for any fees you may incur once the item leaves them.
Love my order, but I need to swop sizes, what do I do?
You can absolutely exchange your items, as long as tags are attached and the products are in original condition.
