Can I cancel my reservation?

For car parks booked directly at the airport, you can cancel the contract between them by following the online instructions no later than 24 hours before the car park arrival time. Cancellations or refunds are not allowed after this time. Cancellations and amendments are free of charge if payment protection is purchased at the time of booking. Cancellations and modifications to bookings without payment protection will incur the administration fee shown at the time of booking. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email.

What are the conditions for the ticket?

Tickets are assigned to the vehicle you enter into one of their car parks, so you can only leave the car park with the ticket assigned to that vehicle. Unless otherwise stated, tickets (including season tickets) do not entitle you to use any space in their car park or to have priority over other customers. Season tickets are their property and must be returned to them when they expire or are misused.

What is the Best Price Guarantee?

If you find on a third-party website that any of the airport's car park products differs from the price of the same product on their website, they will refund you the difference. They must be able to verify the lower online published price at the time of claim. Guarantee only applies to lower prices available for online booking. When they verify your claim, it must be possible to book the lower online price. Cancellation of your reservation will void your right to make a claim under the guarantee. This guarantee does not apply to products purchased through or in conjunction with special promotions for membership rates, loyalty programs, loyalty points or other reward type programs.
