Do you offer international shipping?

• They Ship Worldwide! Peekkids.com fulfills international orders through trusted company, GlobalShopex.com. Simply add any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the “international checkout” button. 

• The items in your cart will automatically be transferred to GlobalShopex for international checkout. 

• You may pay with International credit cards, PayPal, MoneyGram, Bank wire transfers, Alipay or other local payment options.

What are your shipping options?

• Economy: $6 or free on $75 or more. Arrives within 7-10 business days of shipping (USPS).

• Standard: $10 or free on $100 or more. Arrives within 5-6 business days of shipping (UPS).

• Expedited Shipping: Flat rate of $20 per order or free on $150 or more. Orders will process within 1- 2 business days, and once shipped order will arrive in 2-3 business days. Holidays may impact delivery days.

• Express Shipping: Flat rate of $30 per order or free on $200 or more. Orders will process within 1 business day, and once shipped order will arrive in 1-2 business days. Holidays may impact delivery days.

• Any expedited or express order placed on Friday or over the weekend will ship Monday or Tuesday.

How to return my purchase?

• Visit https://peekkids.myreturnscenter.com/ and enter your order number and email.

• Provide a reason for your return and the number of items you are sending back.

• Once submitted and approved, please allow 24-48 hours for a return label to be emailed to you: Check your spam/junk mail since the label may show up here; Follow the instructions in the email to print your label; If you do not have a printer, show the label to a UPS representative and they will be able to print it in the store for you.

• Drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. Take note of the tracking number on your return label so you can track it.

• Allow 5 business days for your return to be received and up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

What's your exchange policy?

• Peek Kids does not offer exchanges at this time. They cannot guarantee the style/size you need will be available at their warehouse when they receive your return. 

• Please follow the return policy to send back the merchandise and place a NEW order on their website.
