How will I receive the Gourmet Voucher?

• If you opt-in for a physical delivery

The physical voucher will be sent to the indicated address in “Voucher Shipping Details” at the checkout time. The delivery timeframe will vary depending on the delivery country. If payed by bank transfer, it may take up to 48 hours for the voucher to be sent (working days).

• If you opt-in for a digital delivery

The digital voucher will be sent, immediately after payment confirmation, to the email address specified on “Voucher Shipping Details” at the checkout time. If payed by bank transfer, it may take up to 48 hours for the voucher to be sent (working days).

How do I proceed to make a voucher reservation?

• Choose a Pousada or Hotel
• Select dates
• In the "Special Prices" field, select Experience Voucher
• Insert the Voucher number that is next to the bar code
• Complete the reservation
• You can also request your reservation through telephone contact or chat

What are the programme options and benefits?
The programme has 4 levels for individual customers: GUEST, basic level accessible to all customers over 18 years old; ELITE, once you have earned 20,000 points in 2 years or made 5 bookings in 1 year, with additional benefits, including VIP treatment; ELITE PLUS, once you have earned 50,000 points in 2 years or made 10 bookings in 1 year, with access to even more discounts and benefits than the previous level; HONOR, once you have earned 100,000 points in 2 years or made 15 bookings in 1 year. For corporate clients they have a CORPORATE status based on agreements with partner companies.

What are the terms and conditions for using coupons to make bookings?

• If you cancel a booking for which you used a Coupon Code, you will not be able to use the same Coupon for another booking.
• If you change a booking for which you used a Coupon Code, you will only be able to use the Coupon Code for another booking if the value of the booking is greater than that of the initial booking. If the value of the final booking is lower than the initial one, you will not be able to use the Coupon Code for the final booking.

How do I earn points?

You will earn points for every stay booked through our direct channels (website, hotels, pousadas or Contact Centres) or for purchases made in their bars and restaurants. Bookings not made through their direct channels are entitled to 250 points per night. If the booking is made under special conditions, e.g. group bookings or prepaid promotions, no points will be earned.
