Can I make a return at PetFlow?

They work very hard and try everything they can to make sure you are satisfied with your shopping experience at PetFlow.com. If for some reason they have let you down or things did not go as planned, they're more than happy to help get things squared away and set you up with a return for your item or order. There are a few restrictions on returns though, as follows:

• No returns on opened product. This includes opened cases of canned food - they cannot take back less than a full case.  

• No returns on any r/x products; unfortunately they are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any medications or prescription foods per pharmaceutical regulations.

• Returns will be subject to a return shipping fee, depending on the retail price of the item being returned.  The return shipping fee will be deducted from the total credit/refund amount for the item being returned, subject to the following tier:

• $10-$49.99, return shipping fee of $5.95

• $50-$99.99, return shipping fee of $10.95

When will I get my order?

In most cases, non-prescription orders will arrive 1-3 business days after you place your order, depending on your location. Note: some non-food orders may take 5-10 business days for delivery. For prescription orders, please allow an additional 2 business days for the prescription to be verified with your veterinarian.

How can I track my order after it ships?

When they ship your order, they'll send you an email with tracking information. You can also track your order in your account under Order History. Please note that it might take up to 24 hours in some cases for tracking information to be updated by the carrier. Once you get the email, the order has already left their warehouse.

Where will you ship my order from?

Most orders ship from one of their two warehouses, in Cranbury, NJ or Las Vegas, NV. In some cases, orders might be shipped from one of their partner warehouses. 

What payment methods does PetFlow accept?

They accept the following credit cards for online or phone purchases:

How do I apply my coupon code?

• Once you proceed to checkout, on the right hand side of the screen, you will see a detail view of your cart and the breakdown of your price. Between the items in your cart and the price breakdown, you have an option to apply a promo code. 

• Click on 'Apply a promo code', enter your coupon code in the given box, and click apply! Once done successfully, you'll receive a confirmation message and your order total will be updated in the price breakdown

Something is wrong with the order I received. What do I do?

First off, they apologize. No matter the problem, they're happy to help and want to resolve any issues quickly. To do so most expeditiously, please contact them. Please reference your order number and provide them with a brief explanation of the issue at hand and they will determine the best course of action to quickly address the situation.
