Can I make pre-orders at Pokemoncenter?

• If an order contains any items not on pre-order, they will ship those items as available. The shipping charges will be based on the total of all pre-order and in-stock items. 

• A valid credit card is required to place pre-orders and an authorization may be held until the product is available to ship. Charges will not post to the account until the item ships. Orders may be cancelled if the credit card on file is not valid at the time of shipment.

Can I get free shipping at Pokemoncenter?

• Free Standard shipping promotional offer applies only to new orders shipping to the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Can I make a return at Pokemoncenter?

• To be eligible for a refund your item must be new and in the original condition that you received it. Any clothing must be clean, unwashed and unworn with all tags still attached.

• Final sale items cannot be returned. Final sale items include, but are not limited to, digital products, Pokémon trading cards and products containing Pokémon trading cards. Digital products can include, but are not limited to, download codes for video games and video game expansions.

• Please make sure the product is adequately packed, and whenever possible please return products in the original packaging they were sent to you in. Returns received not in the original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.

How long can I get my refunds at Pokemoncenter?

• Once your returned item is received, they will notify you via email that they have received your item and that the refund is in process. All refunds go to the original purchaser. Credits or refunds will be made to the same method of payment and account used to place the original order.

• Replacement and exchange are not supported. Customers may return their original order for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. You will be responsible for paying the new price for the replacement item.

Can I cancel my orders?

Pokémon Center prioritizes shipping orders expeditiously and as such their warehouses are unable to accommodate cancelation requests. You may follow the instructions below to return an order within 30 days of receipt unless it was a final sale item.

How often are new products added to Pokémon Center?

They generally introduce new products every week. To receive marketing communications, including email messages with the latest news, offers, promotions, events, and games from The Pokémon Company International, sign up for a Pokémon Trainer Club account and subscribe to their email newsletter.

Where can I find information about distributors?

• At this time, their items are only licensed for sale through Pokémon Center, their Pokémon Center vending machines in the Seattle area, and through limited-time deals with major retailers such as Target and GameStop. 

• They do not currently offer licensing or wholesale pricing to smaller retailers for merchandise. The only exception to this is the Pokémon TCG cards, which are distributed through their existing partnerships with mass-market retailers.
