Can I get a refund?

All sales, purchases, installments, deposits and partial purchases under a payment plan are final, non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing. No refunds, no exchanges, no resale, no exchange for cash. If you fail to pay for any reason, you may cancel your purchase and you will not receive a refund. If applicable, a valid passport is required for travel outside the United States. If the event is taking place outside the United States, please ensure that you have a valid passport and any other necessary travel documents, including but not limited to visas or vaccinations, prior to purchasing as there will be no refunds or exchanges.

What are inventory and category orders?

Stock orders are made for tickets that are normally in stock at the time of purchase. Since their online ordering feature is not real-time, sometimes tickets ordered may no longer be available. Placing an order through their website does not guarantee your tickets. Your order will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

What if the event is postponed?

If the event is cancelled for any other reason, refunds of tickets will be made at the OL's sole discretion or in accordance with applicable law. Your purchase is considered a final purchase "rain or shine". If the event is canceled, postponed or rescheduled, they will not refund your incidental expenses incurred as a result of planning to attend the event, including but not limited to transportation, hotel reservations or car rental costs. They are not responsible for the actions of any other organizers when the event is cancelled. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, please keep your tickets. In most cases, the original purchased elements and any tickets will be honored on the new event date and no new tickets will need to be reissued.
