How long does it take for my order to ship?
- Generally all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days, depending on the item. Their Golf Shirts, custom T-Shirts and Custom Caps are made to order and take 3-4 weeks to ship.
- Please read to description on each individual item. In the event an item you ordered is out of stock they will ship the majority of your order and ship the backorder upon its arrival.
- You will be advised of the status of each order as it works its way through their system. They can ship express depending on the item and availability - please call them at 877-241-8611.
Should I pay for the return shipping?
- The cost of the merchandise will be refunded minus Shipping and Handling charges.
- Shipping and Handling charges will be returned if error was on the side of PriorService. All custom items can only be returned for a 50% refund.
