If I want to refuse the shipment, what should I do?

If products in your order have not shipped, you may cancel your order (by sending a quick email to [email protected]) for those products as long as they are not Special Order items. Shipping usually occurs sometime within 48 hours from the time at which the order was placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Once a product has shipped, they cannot stop the package from being delivered. In this case, follow the regular return instructions described at the bottom of this page (all the normal Return Terms will apply).

What goods cannot be returned?

• Only products that come back to them in complete, undamaged, and in resalable condition (with all original product materials) will be eligible for refunds, unless of course the product was damaged or defective when you received it. Parts which have been installed, registered, or modified can't be returned or exchanged UNLESS the manufacturer approves the return.

• Unless they shipped the wrong product or the product is defective / not as advertised, you will be responsible for paying any additional shipping/packaging fees incurred due to the return.

• Special Orders items are NOT eligible to be returned.

How to refund?

Refunds for Cancellations and Returns are issued back to the original form of payment used for your purchase, unless you opt for Store Credit or pay them via check, money order, or wire transfer. If you pay them via check, money order, or wire transfer, you agree to take Store Credit for any and all refunds.

Will aftermarket parts void my warranty?

• Fortunately, not in most circumstances. Under Federal Law (the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975 to be specific) it is illegal for a dealer to deny you warranty coverage just because you installed an aftermarket part. To reject the warranty, the dealer must reasonably prove that the part is the potential cause of the specific problem you are applying for warranty. Even so, they can only refuse the warranty of the parts related to the faulty parts, but cannot refuse the warranty of your whole vehicle. Because many aftermarket parts meet or exceed original equipment specifications, this normally only happens when the aftermarket part is improperly installed.

• It is no secret that Honda itself wants to see the aftermarket succeed. Honda spends a lot of money promoting how their vehicles can be customized and upgraded. It is usually when a part is improperly installed or deliberately misused that warranties get denied. Just make sure to get a quality installation (or if you do it yourself, use all the correct tools and follow the directions) and you should have no problems with any of the parts you buy from them.
