When can not I return an item?

• It has been more than 30 days since you received it. You used or altered it in any way. (Trust them, they can tell, no matter how minimal it is.). 

• You rip or cut open a sealed package. (Most of their costumes are stored in a snap closure bag that can be opened and re-closed. However, please keep any sealed accessories sealed). It became damaged after you tried it on. It is not in all its original manufacturer packaging.

What if it’s a defect?

If your order arrives damaged or with defects, please contact them immediately. All damages or defects must be reported to them within 10 business days from the day you receive your package.

How long does it take?

Returns are normally processed within 1 week of receiving your package. However, during their peak season (September and October) your return may take a little longer to process.

What can I learn about the shipping policy?

• They currently use FedEx and USPS as their shipping partners. Upon check-out, you will be given the option of selecting from a range of different shipping options with different delivery times and costs. 

• The guaranteed delivery date provided is the latest day that your package will arrive. In many cases, a package may arrive earlier.  If your order is placed before 12 p.m. PST, it will be processed and shipped out the same day. 

• If your order is placed after 12 p.m. PST, it will be processed and shipped the next business day. For example, if you place your order at 3 p.m. PST and select the standard shipping option of 2-5 days, you can expect to receive your order in 3-6 days.

When the shipping time is delayed?

• Occasionally, delivery of packages are delayed due to external causes. These external cause may include weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and other situations that are outside of their control. 

• Unfortunately, because they are unable to predict or control these causes, they are unable to prevent them or offer shipping reimbursements when they occur. Occasionally, orders are flagged as potential fraud orders. 

• When this happens, you will receive an email from them asking you to contact them and verify additional information. Please note that the longer it takes for you to reply to this request, the longer the delay in processing and shipping out your order. Therefore, in these cases, guaranteed delivery dates are no longer valid. 

• If you need the item by a certain date, you are welcome to upgrade your shipping and pay the additional shipping fee.
