What is the shipping policy?

• All orders ship USPS Priority Mail and typically take 2-7 days within the lower 48 states (weekends not included).  Note: Sticker orders with free shipping will ship standard first class mail.

• If they are attending an off-road race shipping times may be delayed a few days.  They will contact you if your order will be delayed more than 2-3 days.

• Free shipping applies to: Orders in the US over $80.

Do they offer international orders?

• Yes. Race-dezert ships to a vast majority of countries across the globe.  International orders can take 30-60 days depending on location.

• For international orders, please note that customs clearance is different in every country and that you may be charged additional fees, tariffs and brokerage fees on top of postage charges. These additional charges are your responsibility.

Can I return the product that I'm not satisfied with and how?

• They have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• To start a return, you can contact them at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, they’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to them without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How can I get my refund?

• They will notify you once they’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

• If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

• Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What if I received a damaged item?

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact them immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that they 'can evaluate the issue and make it right.
