Can I make a return or exchange at Repechage?

Yes, they accept returns within 30 days. Please place the returned item/s in a package along with a letter stating that the product is being returned. Please provide the following information:

• Name & Credit Card number

• Whether you would like to exchange the product or receive a refund

• If you would like an exchange, please let them know what you would like to exchange the product for

• A copy of the Invoice, or if you are returning or exchanging a gift, please indicate that it is a gift return.

Can I return the items that are used a gift certificate?

• If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item that you return, you will not receive a cash refund for the amount of the gift certificate. However, the amount of the gift certificate will be returned to your account for use towards future qualifying purchases provided that the gift certificate has not expired. Please note that the original expiration date still applies.

• If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. However, any unexpired promotional funds used on the order will be returned to your account for use toward future qualifying purchases. 

How do I use Installments by Afterpay?

• Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At checkout choose Installments by Afterpay as your payment method. First time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase.

• Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments by Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.

How do I register for Repechage professional website?

Visit pro.repechage.com and click on new customer sign up. You will be prompted to enter your information, including your license number. Within 2-3 business days you will receive an email invite that allows you to create an account.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Installments by Afterpay?

• If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchase in store or by mail. All refunds must be obtained from Afterpay. 

• Refunds are not processed by Repechage.com. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.

• If you believe there is fault or concern with your Afterpay purchase payment, please contact Afterpay customer support.
