What is the delivery policy of Robinsonsshoes ?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. If for any reason your item is not in stock it will be dispatched within 4-5 working days. They will contact you to let you know if there will be any further delay. If you require your order urgently or need a guaranteed next day delivery please contact them, and they’ll try their best to accommodate you. All orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail, FedEx, Fastway Couriers (NI & ROI) or DHL. Once dispatched, delivery time is usually 1-3 working days within the UK. International orders from within the EU usually take 5-7 working days, the rest of Europe is around 7-9 working days.
How about the return policy of Robinsonsshoes ?
Online purchases must be returned by post with the completed returns slip provided included with your item(s). You can also drop off online returns to one of their stores; please package the returns form along with the item(s). Items purchased online and returned in-store will be processed as per their online returns policy. When processing a refund for returned Products, they will refund by the original method of payment (including if you originally paid in vouchers) and you will receive an email confirming the refund amount.
