What is their shipping policy?
Rookie Humans is located in New Jersey, USA. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Most domestic packages ship via FedEx 2-Day service or USPS Priority Mail. If your order is time sensitive, please email them at [email protected] with your order number as soon as you place your order and they will do their best to accommodate your needs. Overnight service is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST, but will incur additional shipping costs.
How do I get free shipping?
Free shipping on US orders over $50.
I bought a pre-sale product, how long does it take to ship?
Pre-orders ship by the date listed on the respective product page. In the event of an unexpected delay of more than 5 business days, they will contact the shopper with the option to cancel the order. Most of the time they ship before the pre-sale ship date and they're always eager to get their sheets to you ASAP! Please note that if your pre-order includes non-pre-sale items, they will ship together unless otherwise requested.
How long is the international shipping time?
They are happy to ship your order internationally but cannot guarantee delivery times. They currently ship international packages using UPS and FedEx, which are fully traceable. Transit time to most destinations is expected to be 2-3 weeks.
Will they accept my return?
To complete your return, please email [email protected] for instructions. You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for return, your item must be unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the return, the original form of payment will be refunded. If you're exchanging gifts, they can issue store credits as needed.
