What forms of payment does Rowdy Gentleman accept?

They accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay. They do not accept check or other forms of payment at this time.

My card was declined. Was I still charged?

Typically most credit card declined errors are the result of the wrong zip code or CVV code being entered. In some instances its a result of too many charge attempts being made in a short amount of time. If after having your card declined you see "Pending" charges on your account, please allow for 24 hours for those to go away. If you card was declined by their store, it was not actually charged.

Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?

Orders typically ship from their facility within 24-48 hours, so reach out to them as soon as you realize you need to change your order to ensure they catch it before it ships.

What happens if I order something out of stock?

They work hard to prevent this from happening. Occasionally, however, orders will slip through that contain out-of-stock items. In these instances, they reserve the right to cancel either the out-of-stock item or your entire order; they will, of course, also issue a refund to your credit card for any items they cannot ship. They will also contact you to let you know that they have modified your order.

Will I be charged a customs fee for my order?

All orders shipped outside the United States may be assessed customs fees by the government of the destination country. Unfortunately they cannot choose to ship your items as a "gift" to avoid customs fees.

Can I return or exchange an item I've purchased?

• Any item can be returned in its original condition and not worn or washed. Body 

• jewelry/underwear/cami-panty sets must be unopened, and swimwear must still contain the hygiene stickers. They request all hats be returned in a box. Note your current contact information so you can be noti¬ed if there are any additional fees. They cannot accept cash. Please allow 3 business days after they have received your return for processing, refunds may take 1-3 business days to re ect on your account. Once they receive the return they will process it accordingly.

They do not resell your personal information. When you purchase from Rowdy Gentleman, your information is safely stored using industry standard security to prevent fraudulent access.

My order has already shipped. Can I have the delivery address changed?
