What should I know before returning a product?

How should I care for their tweed product?

• Although RUSKIN tweed is naturally durable, please treat this fabric with care to extend the life of your bag. They recommend warm water and mild soap on a clean cloth for removing common stains.

• Please do a spot test on an inconspicuous area prior to stain removal. Never immerse your tweed bag in water, as this will delaminate the inner lining, causing it to pucker.

• The leather features of your bag can also erode when immersed in water.

How should I care for their leather product?

• Their Saffiano leather is scratch-resistant, durable and easy to wipe clean. Calf leather may mark if exposed to excessive wear and tear, so please treat your RUSKIN with care.

• To clean RUSKIN leather, wipe gently with a soft damp cloth, then leave to dry naturally. Occasionally apply leather balm or neutral polish to protect and nourish the leather so that your item will last for many years.
