What is their return policy?

• To view the return policy applicable to your mobile phone ("return policy"), please refer to the following section according to your purchase method. Safelink does not allow the return or refund of any purchased SIM card kit or phone card.

• If you purchase safelink mobile phones from retailers or wireless dealers, the mobile phones you purchase will be subject to the retailer's return policy. To determine whether the goods you purchased meet the return conditions, please contact the store where you originally purchased the goods. Safelink will not handle the return of any safelink phones sold to you by retailers or wireless dealers.

• Buy online from safelink. If you purchase safelink mobile phone from their official website, you have thirty (30) days to return it to them for exchange or refund from the date when the mobile phone is delivered to you. To process a return, you must follow the return instructions that came with your phone and pay the freight to send it back to them.

How to return?

To qualify for a return, you must meet the following requirements:

• The mobile phone you return must be purchased from safelink's official website and the IMEI number must be verified.

• You must return the phone in its new working state and put it in the original manufacturer's package, as well as all accessories, including equipment, battery, charger and manual. The mobile phone must not have any liquid or physical damage. You must pay for shipping the phone back to them and attach a copy of the receipt.

• If anything is missing or the equipment is not in a similar new state, your shipment may not be accepted. If the equipment is physically or liquid damaged, it cannot be returned and no letter of credit will be issued. Safelink will return the nonconforming equipment to you at the same address shown on the shipping label.

• If your return meets the above requirements and you request to replace the device at a higher price, you will have to pay the difference between the returned phone and the new phone you want to buy. If your return meets the above requirements and you have requested a refund, please note that it will take up to thirty (30) business days to process and credit your return to your account.
