Do they support international shipping?

They do international shipping. Shipping is calculated directly on their website based on your shipping address. Please note that shipping costs do not include any duties or import charges that may be levied by your country upon delivery. They don't have any control over it.

What is the warranty policy?

All Sakura Bloom products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Due to the nature of natural fibers and hand-woven products, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from use, fabric stains, fabric fading, dye transfer, baby chewed fabrics, worn or scratched rings, unmaintained products or properly washed, fabrics The presence of common thick knots, nubs, or weaving knots in the tissue, hooks or tears in the fabric by external forces, or small differences in product measurements. Products that are not genuine Sakura Bloom, i.e. products that have been altered in any way by anyone other than Sakura Bloom, are not covered under warranty.

How do they ship my package?

They ship MF directly from the workshop in San Diego, CA. They strive to ship all "stock" carriers within 2 business days of your order. You must select the USPS shipping option. UPS does not ship to APO addresses. Delivery time depends on delivery address and selected delivery method. Once your order ships, their website automatically sends a tracking email and you can also find your tracking information in your account.

What is their return policy?

They only offer store credit returns within 45 days of purchase. Please process all returns/exchanges within 5 full working days after they receive your package. Once they have processed your return, you will receive an email with more information, including your store credit (if applicable).
