What should I pay attention to when I make a return at Scooch?
Must include a valid original purchase order number from Scoochcase.com. Purchases other than Scoochcase.com must be returned by contacting the corresponding seller.
Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing or damaged contents.
A replacement fee of at least $7 will be charged for returned products that are not in their original packaging with visible signs of damage (including scratches) or missing contents. Return shipping is at buyer's cost unless otherwise stated by their support team. Customers will receive product refunds and shipping and handling charges will not be refundable.
How long can I get my orders at Scooch?
Thanks to their automated system, orders are automatically submitted to their Scooch distribution center in Indiana as long as they are submitted online. Please note that Scooch does not guarantee shipping times and does not refund shipping fees.
Orders are filled by 2 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday, except holidays. If you place an order after 2 p.m. Friday, it may not be completed until the following Monday, regardless of the mode of shipping.
How can I make a return at Scooch?
Pack the product in appropriate packaging and attach original packing list with order number. Email them ([email protected]) return label. Take it to your nearest USPS shipping location or leave it at the USPS drop box. Return the product to their address. E-mail them the tracking information on the package. Let's check if the product is refundable. Once approved, a refund will be issued.
How can I make an exchange at Scooch?
Exchanges can only be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Step 1: Wrap your box in its original packaging, using an appropriately sized envelope or box. It must be in original packaging. Please attach the packing list with your order number.
Step 2: Send them an email using the form below. Please include your order number, reason for exchange, and desired circumstances. They will send back the USPS return label. Print out the label and stick it on your package. Take the package to the post office or leave it at the USPS drop box.
What shipping method does Scooch provide?
Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification with tracking information so that you can view the status of your order. Please note the following DHL delivery requirements: Signature is not required for residential delivery. Delivery to apartments and business addresses requires signatures (they cannot leave your package unsigned or they will be held liable). The Postal Service will deliver packages at apartment buildings and most business addresses. Usps Priority schedules are not guaranteed by USPS - and therefore not by Scooch. However, USPS 1 day delivery is guaranteed.
Does Scooch provide a warranty?
The following warranties apply to Scooch, LLC(" Scooch ") products that meet all of the following conditions :(a) the products are purchased directly from Scooch by consumers through the scoochcase.com website or the Scooch amazon listing identified as "sold to" in the Scooch Case, Or from an authorized retailer purchased directly from Scooch's authorized distributor, rather than from another source; (b) The product is in its original, unopened and new condition at the time of purchase by the consumer.
