All paint orders are fulfilled manually. Once your order is processed (meaning paint was already mixed), it cannot be canceled and you will be charged for the order. They spend considerable time mixing your paint order to match OEM specifications and fulfill your order.
What about the Scratchwizard shipping policy ？
They do their best to process and ship orders within 2-5 business days of receiving order details. Please keep in mind that they get backlogged during the holiday season and it could take longer. They do ship internationally with the exception of their aerosol products. Although, they can ship aerosol products to Canada via ground shipping.
