Can my ticket be refunded?

How do they ship my tickets?
All orders are shipped to the user using the delivery method selected for the order. Most orders are shipped the same business day they are received. Orders placed after business hours may be shipped the next business day. Shipments may require a direct signature upon delivery.
Do they support international shipping?
If USER is located outside the US, USER must select the international shipping option. If the domestic shipping option is selected for orders shipped outside the United States, shipping will be adjusted by FULFILLER to use international rates after the order is placed.
