Do they offer free shipping?
Sewing online delivers worldwide orders. They offer free delivery on all orders over £40 and within the UK they charge £3.99 for all orders under £40. Channel Islands orders will incur shipping charges.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Many of their products come with 24-hour delivery. This will incur a fee of £9.99. Please contact their office on 0115 987 44 22 before 2pm to check if the item is eligible for courier and place your order. Standard orders take approximately 3 to 5 business days to process and ship from their warehouse. A confirmation email will be automatically generated when the order is placed. Sewing-online will deliver goods worldwide. They try to deliver items as quickly as possible. All orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. However, if the item you ordered is not in stock, it may take longer to ship.
How should I return it?
They want you to be happy with what you bought. If you are not completely satisfied with your item (their return policy applies), you can return the item for a refund within 14 days of receiving it.
