What is the shipping policy?
They offer free shipping! Free Shipping is only granted for orders / Products that are select by Sgvbicycles and have freeshipping listed, This Offer does NOT include most wheelsets, complete bicycles or Frames Unless stated.
- All orders are shipped Fedex Ground. All orders must have a physical street address to be delivered, no P.O. Box numbers. All addressed must be within the 50 USA States.
- All orders are shipped within 1 business day (unless the item listing says otherwise), and will be delivered within 1-5 business days according to to their map of transit times.
Can I return the item？
Yes of course. If you are not satisfied with your purchased product, please return your order in its original form (new, unused and undamaged, with original packaging and retail labels intact) within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund, less shipping costs. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returned items on orders with free shipping will incur fees if refundable amount puts the order total amount below free shipping. If your remaining order total is less than $100, your refund will be reduced by the shipping cost they incur to ship the item to you.
Do they ship internationally?
