What is their shipping policy?

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receiving verified payment information. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday (and holidays) will be shipped the following business day. Note that during peak seasons, shipments may experience slight delays. Nike, New Balance, Vans, The North Face and Timberland products are not available for international delivery. International orders are shipped via USPS. They are not responsible for any duties or customs incurred when placing an international order. Orders are hand-delivered via their Extra Butter truck for a $10 flat fee. For orders of $250+, local delivery is free!

Their return policy allows for returns within 14 days from the original purchase date. Return label fees will be deducted from the total refund amount of all returns. Items returned without return authorization and any merchandise returned that does not meet their requirements will be rejected.
