Do you have shipping policy?
All ShopHBD beds are made to order, so please allow four to five weeks for delivery. Please note that in some cases, because of remote residential locations or other factors, up to 8 weeks may be required. Their White Glove Delivery Service includes FREE DELIVERY of your bed, complete set up of your new bed and removal of all packing materials. Their delivery agents will call ahead to set up a delivery time that’s most convenient for you! Please also note that their delivery agents in most states will remove your old bed for you at no additional charge should you wish to dispose of the bedding
What is your return policy?
Orders may be cancelled up to two (2) full days after the order is placed. After 2 days, the order information is transmitted to Sealy, and soon thereafter the construction process is started. In some cases, they may be able to accept requests for cancellation after the initial two day period, though such requests will incur at least a $250 fee for materials and restocking. Please note that this late cancellation process is generally only possible if the request is received no later than 5 or 6 days after the original order date. They unfortunately cannot accept any cancellation requests made later than one week (7 days) after the original order date. For cancellations of multiple bed orders, please note that the cancellation fee will in no case be less than the processing fee charged to FORT Systems by the credit card company.
Please note that returns on beds are not possible unless there is a specific problem covered by the Sealy warranty. If you feel the bed you have received is defective in some way, please contact them and they will arrange for a Sealy representative to inspect the bed and verify the claim (please note that Sealy typically charges a delivery fee for replacement beds; this fee will vary depending on how far away from a Sealy Distribution Center you live). Because of industry health regulations, returns are unfortunately not possible for any product containing down, such as pillows, comforters, and down blankets. In addition, returns for bedding items such as sheets, pillowcases, blankets and duvets cannot be accepted if the product has been used. Returns for pillows unfortunately cannot be accepted.
