Why is my order not eligible for a smartLabel return?

• Not every ShopHQ order includes a prepaid SmartLabel; however, the majority do. If your order does not include a prepaid SmartLabel, please use a carrier of your choice to return your item.

• Only items sent with a SmartLabel should be returned with a SmartLabel. If you misplaced your SmartLabel, please click here for instructions on how to reprint your SmartLabel.

How do I track my smartLabel return?

• If you used the pre-paid SmartLabel to return your package and you have an email address on file with ShopHQ, you will receive an email letting you know that your return is on its way back to them. You will receive a separate email when your return package reaches their warehouse.

• If at any time, you would like to check the progress of your return, go to www.shophq.com. Under the My Account global navigation, you may select the Track My Smart Label link. Enter in the order number for the item you returned. This link is also located on all pages in the My Account section.

Can I get my items quickly?

• You can choose the express shipping.

• With Express Shipping, your order will arrive within 3 business days from the date you place your order.

• To protect the security of your account, their Credit department may need to contact you for address verification before your order is shipped, which could delay the shipment.

• Express Shipping is available for an additional $10 per jewelry, apparel, or beauty items and an additional $15 per non-jewelry/non-apparel/non-beauty items shipped within the 48 contiguous states.

• For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, Express shipping is available for an additional $15 charge per item.

• ShopHQ will select the best shipping method possible.

• Please note: UPS does not deliver on Sundays. Also, you must provide a street address, as UPS will not deliver to a Post Office box.

• At checkout, just select the "Express" shipping option.

How do I edit frequency of my subscription program?

If you would like to edit the frequency of your Subscription Program sign into "My Account" and click on "Subscription Manager"; and select the program you would like to edit. Edit frequency will only appear if the program is not on hold.

How to cancel an order?

They are working hard to fulfill your order and get it to you as quickly as possible, which makes their cancellation window of time short. In the event you find you are unable to cancel your order, please know that you may return the item to them within 30 days of receiving your package and they will refund the cost of the item minus shipping and handling.
