This offer is valid in Canada only, on merchandise ordered via the website excluding taxes and gift cards. Only Can$10 shipping for orders less than Can$75.
A shipping surcharge may apply to certain items based on their size, weight, and destination. These fees are independent of the free shipping offer.
Orders are shipped by Canada Post and delivered anywhere in Canada. You choose the address that works best for you (your home or office or the home of a friend or family member).
What is the return policy?
Shipping fees are non-refundable. The same is true for shipping surcharges applied to certain items based on their size, weight, and destination.
You have 30 days following the date of receipt to request a return for regularly priced items bought online, and 10 days for sale items. If the allowed return period has already passed, please contact one of their customer service representatives.
You can exchange or refund items purchased through their website at any of their store locations, with the exception of online-only items. Make sure you have the original invoice and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to facilitate the transaction.
Can I apply a promo code to the purchase of gift cards?
No, it is not possible to apply a promotional code to the purchase of gift cards. If your code offers you a discount on purchases of a minimum amount, your purchase must have reached this amount before taxes and excluding the amount for the gift cards.

When can I receive my orders?
Regular shipping and shipping to store takes 4 to 7 business days in Canada. The shipping of certain online-only items could take longer.
If no delivery date is selected, the virtual gift card will be sent by email within 48 hours of purchase.
