Does SitSpots currently ship to international (non-USA) customers?
They are currently shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, as well as a few other locations. They are also constantly reviewing how we can bring SitSpots to more international customers, so be sure to follow them on Twitter and like them on Facebook to stay up to date on shipping policies.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No, there is no required minimum dollar or quantity amount on orders for their spots.
They customize every order to fit each teacher's individual needs.
Please note: 2" and 3/4" wide strips are sold in minimum lengths of 3-feet.
What's your return and refund policy?
They will gladly accept returns on SitSpots if you’re not satisfied with the product or performance of the spots within 30 days of delivery, however, a 20% restocking fee may apply and shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please send an email to info@sitspots.com describing the problem that you’ve experienced with the spots and provide an invoice or purchase order number along with the name of the person or school district that the spots were shipped to.
To be eligible for a return, your spots must be unused and in original condition. They will not issue a refund for spots that have been written or on or strips that have been cut.
When you receive an email authorizing the return, please mail them to: SitSpots, P.O. Box 73021, San Clemente, CA 92673.
Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
How long do SitSpots last?
SitSpots may last for years depending upon the wear and tear that they experience from students year to year.
If you choose to personalize them using permanent ink, they will need to be replaced annually as this ink is permanent and cannot be removed.
Use multiple sets for skills practice when implementing floor games, and to make sure that your classroom has a fresh and exciting theme year-round!
Can I vacuum over SitSpots, or do I need to pick them up every time I vacuum?
You can absolutely vacuum over SitSpots without having to pick them up and reattach them afterwards.
Custodians LOVE SitSpots because they can be vacuumed over without lifting, shifting and/or peeling; and they don't leave a sticky duct/masking tape residue behind on the carpeting.
They recommend that you clean your SitSpots 2-3 times annually to keep them looking fresh.
