Smashbox.ca orders are shipped to locations within the Canada only.

Their Online Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with return instructions and the return shipping address.
If you received the item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another item, directions will be provided. They're sorry; return shipping fees are not refundable. Only products purchased on smashbox.ca may be returned.
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.
It’s normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) inside, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact them immediately at 1-888-763-1361.
When will I receive my order?
Smashbox Online Canada orders are shipped and delivered by Canada Post on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.
