What is their return policy?

• Smith ironware company can return new and unused cookware within 45 days after delivery, except for these conditions - carved cookware is the final sale, and the second cookware of any factory is also the final sale. The refund can only be issued through your original payment method or through the store credit card, minus any freight.

• Returns will only be accepted if they are not used or cooked with cookers. Smith hardware reserves the right to adjust your return method and decision if your goods do not comply with their return policy when they arrive. Items that do not meet their return policy will be returned to the sender.

How long will I receive my item?

• Their team strives to complete all orders within two working days after placing the order. Orders placed on weekdays before 11:30 am EST may be completed on the same day, excluding personalized orders or holidays.

• Orders placed after 11:30 am EST on Friday or weekend may be shipped next Monday.

• International orders may take two days to complete before shipment.
