How can I process a return?

• Please remember your order number, email address, and billing zip code to start the online return process. They charge a $6 return fee for the printable return shipping label. The cost of the return label will be subtracted from your refund.

• The cost of the return will be fronted by you. You are free to choose any courier service through which to ship your return. 

• You can expect a purchase refund, minus the $6 return label fee, to your credit card within three to five business days after they receive your return. Refunds may take up to 30 days to return to your credit card.

• Please log in to your account or lookup your order using their Return Portal.

Can I change or cancel my Smith Rx order?

Thanks for choosing Smith. As soon as your order is placed, their lab gets to work and starts making your glasses. As a result, there isn't a delay that allows them time to change orders once they’re submitted.

What is their warranty information?

• Smith is committed to quality, and they’ve built their reputation on long-lasting, high-performing products. All Smith sunglasses, goggles, and helmets are covered for the lifetime of the product to be free from manufacturer's defects, and they will replace defective product at no charge (taxes and shipping not included).

• Smith has sole discretion to determine what qualifies as a manufacturer's defect, and only products purchased from an authorized Smith dealer are covered by their lifetime warranty. 

• If your warranty claim is approved, you will be provided a warranty voucher good for use on one comparable product that was returned. 

• For warranties outside of the US & Canada, please contact your local Smith retailer.
