What is their return policy?
They believe you will love your purchase, but they know that things don't always work out. Don't worry, their return process is simple. To receive a refund, all acceptable returns must be made within 30 days of your original purchase date and must be in new, unused condition with original packaging (with label attached). The following items are final sale items and are not eligible for a refund: masks, air filters, food, gift cards, holiday apparel. Products with a 30% discount from the original price are final sales unless the item arrives damaged. Return shipping for all US orders is $6.95 and will be deducted from your refund amount. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping. If you're shipping more than $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. They cannot refund or exchange any returned packages that are lost in transit without proof of shipment.
Can I exchange it?
They do not process exchanges because they cannot guarantee that your item will be in stock when they receive your returned item. Instead, they recommend re-ordering the item you want and contacting [email protected] to initiate a return for the item you wish to return. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return in the email.
What is their shipping policy?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday from their fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California. Orders usually take 3-5 business days to process. After the order ships, an email will be sent with tracking information. Pre-order items will ship within their estimated delivery date (noted on the product page). Standard US shipping starts at $6.95, but free shipping if you order over $150!
Can I return it myself?
Returned packages require a return authorization number or RMA number for timely processing. Please clearly mark the RMA number on the shipping box.
Returns received without an RMA will incur a $5.00 processing fee, in addition to the $6.95 return shipping fee, to be deducted from the refund if using a prepaid return label.
